FS xT folding stairs provide safe and reliable access to the top of road and rail tankers during loading and maintenance operations. Designed for intensive industrial use, the stairs combine balanced movement, durable construction and multiple safety features to protect operators while ensuring smooth and controlled operation in demanding environments.
- 3, 4, 5 or 6 steps available (custom lengths upon request)
- Perforated anti-slip steps, 800 mm wide
- Pivoting first movable step to prevent accidental jamming of feet
- Enlarged end step with rubber contact bar to prevent static discharge and damage to insulated trucks
- Balanced construction through spring cylinder allowing manual operation with minimal effort
- Automatic vertical locking via foot pedal
- Hand-, knee- and foot rail
- Spacers between knee- and handrail to prevent finger jamming during closing
- Frame with enclosed ball bearings and wear-resistant, maintenance-free plastic bedding
- Hot dip galvanised according to ISO 1461
- Designed and manufactured according to EN 1090-2
- Chain locking device to secure the stairs in any desired position
